Going on a retreat with Jenny is an incredible experience. She brings together a community of amazing people and you leave with so much more than you came with - new friends, fond memories and so many laughs. If you've been on the fence about trying one - just do it! You won't regret it! --AB, Point Reyes and Orcas Island Attendee
All experience levels and abilities welcome. Due to COVID precautions, all participants must show proof of vaccination to attend. This retreat will be an intimate, small group event with a maximum of 12 participants.
Palm Springs is a secret oasis for runners. The vibrancy of the desert makes for a beautiful backdrop of runnable trails and high mountain summits. There is also a bustling downtown and lots of things to do, great food to eat and desirable weather this time of year—a great escape for those of us that live in four season climates with winter knocking on the door.
General registration opens on July 1. Priority registration will be given to run together retreat past participants as well as monthly members starting on June 15.

An extended retreat to one of the most remote areas of the country, primarily accessible by ferry, the San Juan Islands. The retreat started in Orcas Island, the largest of the San Juan Islands where participants had their choice of accommodations: a luxury home in Rosario or an ideally situated summer hideaway in Eastsound. This retreat was host to numerous trail run-hikes in Turtleback Mountain Preserve, Cascade Lake, Moran State Park to the top of the iconic Mount Constitution memorial lookout. Happy hour and dinner featured local ingredients from pacific northwest vendors as well as baked goods from Bainbridge Island's Sammsterdam, desert from Bainbridge Island's Cake for Breakfast, seasonings from Salish Sea Greens, and a cider tasting from Finn River Cidery. We hosted post-run stretch and myofascial release classes as well as virtual strength and mobility content. We were also proud to host virtual guest speaker content on topics like finding balance in your life, managing adrenal fatigue in athletes, and why small doses of strength training is the best approach. Attendees had an option to add on to this trip to go to San Juan Island and participate in a really special experience: a nighttime bioluminescence kayak tour in Friday Harbor where we got to witness the beauty of the Salish Sea ecosystem.
A weekend away in pristine Point Reyes. Our stay in a beautiful Nicasio home was nestled away in the majestic, foggy coastline that Northern California is known for. We ran together in Point Reyes National Seashore, viewed the wild Tule Elk just feet from the trail. This retreat was also host to a 3 hour Yoga for Runners workshop at Point Reyes Yoga Studio, morning myofascial release class and tutorial, Marin-based runner and guest inspirational speaker Jorge Maravilla, as well as a catered happy hour and dinner by the Sonoma restaurant, Girl and the Fig. The retreat ended with a farewell brunch and optional activities like a trip down to the beach or to a local brewery.
